Comprehensive Mechanical Durability Test Bench for Soft Sofas

This equipment is a comprehensive mechanical durability test bench for soft sofas. Its gantry frame is built with European standard industrial aluminum profiles and equipped with multiple independent pneumatic loading stations. It can simultaneously conduct fatigue tests including repeated seating compression on sofa cushions, side compression on armrests and push compression on backrests. Widely applied in furniture quality inspection laboratories as well as R&D and factory inspection of sofa manufacturers, the number of stations can be customized.

Core Structure

Main Frame: Heavy-duty aluminum profile gantry. All loading heads can slide left and right along the crossbeam to adjust positions, adapting to different measuring points of single-seat / multi-seat sofas. It is equipped with a steel test platform at the bottom and anti-slip shock-absorbing foot pads.
Loading execution unit: driven by pneumatic cylinders, equipped with pressure sensors. The configuration in the drawing includes 2 sets of sitting pressure modules (human bionic hip loading pads) + 2 sets of armrest/backrest lateral clamping indenters, with 4 working stations controlled independently.
Pneumatic system: air source pressure regulating and filtering assembly, cylinders, air pipes, solenoid valves; air source pressure ranges from 0.4 to 0.8MPa.
Control system: PLC + touch screen. The loading force, stroke, number of test cycles and pressure holding time of each working station can be set separately.
